You agree that WebMaster can infect you, your computer or your spouse (if applicable) with viruses, worms or other diseases.

You agree that WebMaster may use you, your spouse, your children, your parents or your pets for any purpose.

You agree to complete monitoring of everything you do, have done, or will do. Ever. WebMaster can use whatever means are convenient to obtain this information, including but not limited to packet sniffing, telephone tracing, thumbscrews or electric shocks.

If you are an employee or representative of a telecommunications, cable, broadband or other communications company or organization, you agree to allow WebMaster Incorporated (or its designee) full and unrestricted access to all communications equipment to the extent WebMaster deems necessary.

Any computer, router, switch, proxy, server or communications device requesting data from WebMaster Incorporated, or electronic services provided by WebMaster Incorporated, becomes the property of WebMaster Incorporated.

Should a court find that some provisions of these terms of use are unenforceable, incomprehensible, shock the conscience of decent people, or are a violation of the Geneva Convention, that provision shall still be in effect.
